Group Details

The Group Details tab is shown whether you are creating a new group or editing an existing group as shown below.

Group Name

The “Group Name” must be unique. You will receive an error message if you change the name to one which matches another one of your groups when you attempt to save the group.

Group Description

This is an optional field to provide more details about the group.

Colour Tag

Assigning the same colour tag to the same group type can make it easier to distinguish between different groups.

Type

The group type can only be selected when creating a new group.
> Available group types are BACS, BACS Online, FPS (Faster Payments), FPS Online, Collections and BACS Bureau.
