Licence

Overview

This page will show you all the details of your current licence, nothing is editable, it you wish to make a change to your licence, please contact support.

User Usage

In paygate you are limited to a set number of users, this pie chart will display how many users are active for your customer and how many you have remaining.

Group Usage

Similarly with user usage, you have a limited number of groups, this will display how many you are using and how many you have left remaining.

Payments

There are four options here, BACS, FPS, BACS online and FPS online, these will determine if you can create the relevant groups and make the relevant payments.

Validation

These will determine what types on validation you can do, as well as that, you will have a threshold of how many validation requests you can make

Automation

These will show you if you have workflow enabled, what mode it is in, the frequency of how often your workflows are run and how many you can have live

Agent

Agent is very simple, it’s either enabled or disabled and you can see if you can use your own certificates or not

Bureau

Bureau is the same, being enabled or disabled and having a threshold.

Collections

Collections has the simple option of being disabled or enabled, whether or not you can use the api, if onboarding is enabled or not, if the payer portal is enabled and a payer threshold.

HSM

HSM is just either enabled or disabled.

MFA

Multi-Factor Authentication or MFA for short, contains a list of enabled or disabled MFA options.

Anti-Fraud Module

The anti-fraud module is either enabled or disabled and will allow you to detect fraudulent payments.

Other

This contains other options or ones that aren’t related to just one module, for example SMS, if it’s enabled or not.
