Deleting Importers

Overview

You can delete an importer from the Importer configuration page. Note: Deleting an imported will permanently remove it from Paygate.

Deleting ‘In-use’ Importers

When an importer is being used by a mapping, PayGate regards the importer as ‘In-use’. PayGate does not allow you to delete an ‘In-Use’ and will give a warning message when deleting an ‘In-use’ importer is attempted.

In order to delete an ‘In-Use’ import you must remove the importer from all mappings.

How to tell if an importer is ‘In-Use’?

You can tell if an import is in use by one or more mappings buy navigating to the importer editor page. Near the bottom of the page is a section called ‘Mappings using this importer’.

InUse

If the import is being used you will see a number next to the heading text. This number shows the number of mappings that are currently using the importer. Under the heading is a list of the mappings that are using the importer.
