Actions Report

Overview

The actions report will allow a user to see all the actions the other users and themselves have on the system, it will also show how many people (and who) can approve that action. Due to the potential confidential nature of the data the action may contain, the only fields that are shown are the title, message and creation details.

This is done as the ruling around who can approve actions is now reactive and actions can fall into a state in which no one can approve them (or see them)

Report Options

You can toggle “Only Hanging Actions” on and off, this will either show all actions, or only actions that no one can approve, this is useful to work out what actions are stuck and can no longer progress due to changing security policy changes or group approval changes
