Assign USB Token

Overview

To assign a usb token to a user you will need to install an extension and a plugin, the system will detect if you have these installed or not, if you don’t you;ll get a modal with links to the required parts. Follow these and install what it asked without closing the modal to continue or once installed come back to this page.

Once that’s all installed, click the button “Get USB Token details” and enter your USB token’s password.

If this is successful, you’ll see a screen with the details and a dropdown full of users, choose the user you wish to assign this token to, and click assign token.

If the token is already assigned to a user, you will get a warning and an option to reassign it to the user you’ve just selected or to cancel.
