Providing Feedback

While using our software you might want to tell us about something you don’t like about payagte. Or you might want to suggest a great new feature. You might even what to tell us about something you do like. There is a quick and easy way to provide feedback from within the application.

All feedback is fed directly to the people that design and develop paygate and we’ll review every request. We will probably not be able to provide an acknowledgement though.

To provide feedback, click the feedback button in the top left of the page - next to the bell icon.

First click on the ‘star’ that best describes the feedback. We would much rather make good software that people enjoy using and find useful and so negative feedback is fine.

Type in your feedback into the large text box.

By default, when you submit your feedback we will know your name and company and the page your were on when submitting the feedback. We won’t be sent any payment details or any other person details, data or images. You can decide to submit your feedback anonymously. When you choose to submit anonymously we won’t receive your company or name and we won’t be able to determine who sent the feedback.
