Payer Reference Generation

Payers require a Reference in order to perform submissions. References can either be entered manually or they can be generated randomly. In order to generate references randomly, the group that requires random references needs to be configured to generate references automatically.

Characters can be entered into the Payer Reference Generation Pattern textbox manually, or pattern rules can be applied using Add Pattern control beneath it.

Types of pattern available: 1. First Name 2. Surname 3. Next in sequence (based on the number of payers in that group) 4. Random Letter 5. Random Number 6. Random Number or Letter The length of the added pattern is specified in using the drop down after the pattern type drop down.
