SMS Message Node

Purpose

A PayGate workflow node that sends a SMS (Short Message Service) message to a recipient.

With this node you can send a text message to a user’s mobile phone, usually to provide an alert, error or status messages. For example you might want to send a user a text message if a workflow, that runs out of normal business hours, fails to complete properly.

Licensing

For this node to work correctly and send an SMS message, the SMS licence option must be unlocked. You can chekc the licence status by choosing Admin > Customer > Licence from the left hand menu.

Properties

Enter the destination telephone number and the message test.

Notes

The service will send SMS messages to a UK based mobile phone. Sending message to overseas destination is not currently possible.
