The Agent is compatible with both 32bit (x86) and 64bit (x64) versions of the above Windows operating systems.
Hardware Requirements
Typical requirements are as follows:
- RAM 512MB
- Disk Space 10GB Free space
Installation Process
Agent is installed using the MSI file ‘Paygate.Agent.Installer.msi’. This file is available from The Technical Service team at paygate, or via our CDN.
Run the ‘Paygate.Agent.Installer.msi’ file. The installation requires a user with administrator level account privileges. If required, the installer will request elevated privileges from the user via the standard ACL mechanism.
Running the installer will open the Agent set-up application. Read the Software Licence Agreement and, if acceptable, tick the agreement box and click “Next” to continue.
Select an intallation location. The default location is shown above.
Click “Install” to proceed. There will be a prompt if the Setup Wizard is not being operated under administrator priviledges.
Once complete, exit the Setup Wizard by clicking on the “Finish” button.
Upgrading Agent
Existing versions of Agent can be upgraded using the most recent ‘Paygate.Agent.Installer.msi’ file available from teh Contact Support page within paygate. Existing configuration for Agent is preserved.
