View Submission

Selecting a submission from either the Search Submissions or Search Payments page will allow you to view the submission details.

Summary

The “Summary” tab shows the overall submission summary. Click the “Download Submission Report” button to download details of the submission in a PDF.
NB. Payments are not listed in this report. payments

Payments

The submission payments are shown on the “Payments” tab. The payments can be downloaded to either a PDF or CSV file from the payments grid via the icons in the grid toolbar. payments

Standard18

The “Standard18” tab shows the data which will be sent to BACS. Only data for the first 1000 payments will be shown initially but more can be loaded by clicking the “Get More Standard18” button. payments

Submission History

This tab shows the actions which have been processed for this submission. payments

Click the “Back to Search Results” button to return to the previous search page.

The “BACS Submission Summary” button is only shown if the selected submission has been sent to BACS or Faster Payments. Clicking this button will show the submission summary report. payments
