Fixes

This version of paygate includes a number of bug fixes and general improvements:

• Unexpected “Action currently being processed by..” message with no equivalent lock when trying to clear down an action
• Improvements to importing very large (1M+ row) files via a mapping.
• Change company Telephone number
• Remove ASCII Nulls appears to no longer work since 3.2.5 update
• Adding an API user to a group causes the “BACS submission complete” email to fail to send
• Object error occurred whilst trying to get a report list from Live via the BACS API
• Submission summary attachments missing from emails
• Importer is converting Hex characters to spaces
