Delete Group Data

This page allows a user to delete submission data for one or more groups.

Select the groups which will have submission data deleted.

Next select how much data to delete. E.g. If “6 Months” is selected then only submission data older than 6 months old will be deleted; data from the last 6 months will be retained.

After selecting the “Delete” button a confirmation dialog will be shown allowing the data deletion to be cancelled.

Click “Delete Data” to begin the data deletion. This could take some time so is done in the background leaving the user free to perform other tasks in paygate.
