Licencing Bureau

Bureau is licenced on the number of unique SUN (Service User Number) used in submissions over the course of a month. The limit is visible by navigating to the “Admin - > Customer - > Licence” page and checking the “Limit” defined in the Bureau section (pictured below):

If the limit is exceeded, the user recieves prompts indicating that the user has exceeded their active SUN limit, and should contact support.
