The account settings page will allow you to change your own details (your email and phone number), add any personalisation options and setup two factor if not already done.

Your details

There are a few feilds with your details that you can change, you can change your password, your email address and your phone number.

Personalisation options

You can enable or disable dark mode (Will be applied when you save your settings), and you can set a default group, this will auto fill any group select fields when creating a payment, you can always change the group while on the page. Along with this you can also update your cookie settings.

We use various cookies on paygate, you are in control of which ones are used and what ones aren’t, we do require cookies for authentication purposes, so you won’t be able to turn these off, but you can turn of site preferences and google analytics

Two-Factor Authentication

To setup your account, if it’s not already been done, you have to setup each option separately, you can do this by clicking on the button and following the steps displayed. Once confirmed, the option will display that it has been confirmed.

2FA Confirmed

Email

With the email 2FA, you will be sent an email with a code, you just have to enter the code and click verify code to confirm it. If you wish you can click the hyperlink below the textbox and confirm your account later, this will send you an email with a link that you just have to click.

Phone

With the phone 2FA, you will be sent an SMS with a code, you just have to enter the code and click verify code to confirm it.

Authenticator

With the authenticator 2FA, you will have to scan the qr code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy), it will then generate a code, you just have to enter the code and click verify code to confirm it.
