Licencing Mapping

Group Mappings

By default, if Paygate has created a custom mapping for use with your groups, you do not need to purchase a mapping licence.

There is no restrictions on the number of mappings or importers that you can have installed at any one time.

Mapping Designer

The Mapping designer is used to view, edit and create mappings. In order to use the mapping designer you must licence the Mapping Design Component.

Licensing Workflow

Enabling Workflow.

Before workflow can be used you must licence it. There are three parts to Workflow licensing: - Enabling the Workflow Component - Concurrent Live Workflows - Trigger Frequency

Concurrent Live Workflows.

The number of concurrent, live workflows is controlled by you licence. If you have a licences that allows 5 concurrent workflows then only 5 workflows that are attached to triggers can be live at any one time.

Note: There is no limit on the number of workflows you can create and save on the system. The restriction is on how many of those workflows can be enabled at the same time. Only enabled workflows can be execute autonomously by the workflow engine.

Trigger Frequency

The frequency that a workflow can be triggered is controlled by your licence. If your licence states that the workflow frequency is 15 minutes. then an individual workflow cannot be executed twice in any given 15 minute period.

For example, say your had a workflow that triggered every 5 minutes. The first time the workflow was triggered would result in the workflow executing. However when the workflow would be blocked from running again until 15 minutes after that last successful execution.

The trigger frequency can be easily change to a number of settings. If you require a workflow to execute at an increase frequency, say every minute, please contact your account manager. Available frequencies are:
